  • Reformer classes run for 45 minutes, Mat for 30 minutes. You don’t need to arrive early - a warm up and cool down features within that time frame.

  • Please give 24 hours notice to cancel your class.

  • Yes, absolutely! That is the beauty of 1:1 classes, we go at your pace. The basics, principles and fundamentals of pilates are taught in each class and we adapt each exercise depending on your level of experience. So everyone is welcome.

  • To enjoy all the benefits of pilates, you do need to commit to regular classes. Whether this is once, twice or three times a week is dependent on you, your time and your budget.

  • Just your normal exercise clothes, anything you feel comfortable in but that also allows you a full range of movement. We recommend grippy socks to aid your performance. It’s also a good idea to bring some water.

  • I only teach one to one in my studio: I don't have the space for groups. However, if you would like me to come and teach in your space (either in your home or office), I would be delighted to help.

  • Yes, once you've been given the all clear to exercise at your 6 week check (12 for C-Section), I would be delighted to help. Having had 4 children myself, I know how important movement can be for your physical and mental health at this stage. If childcare is an issue, feel free to bring your baby: call to speak with me about this beforehand.
